Then Mark and my dad headed back to town and the rest of us went to check out the "Cheese Tours" at the dairy. 
Helena prefers eating cheese to seeing it being made.

We also visited the local Goodwill store for some souvenirs. A lovely morning!

It makes for an early morning but it is worth it. 
Helena's been every year of her life. I wonder how long she'll be able to say that? 
There is something so fun about seeing them go from fabric on the ground to beautiful colors in the sky.
